#TAVR Bumper Technique This is something I’ve been doing and it makes crossing the aortic valve easy without pre BAV. After final valve assembly in descending aorta, roll contrast into the nose cone to create the bumper. 1. Reduces scraping in aorta. 2. Crosses like butter!

It looks like Valve messed up and changed something in the Game Coordinator, causing it to fail to acknowledge XP from recent matches, which results in sound spam. As a band-aid fix to stop the sound spam, you can run this command in the console: tf_mainmenu_match_panel_type 8

Welp all my gaming equipment that I’ve accumulated over the years is ruined. The water line in my house burst and the shut off valve was broken to the point where the fire department weren’t able to shut it off and needed to call the city to come shut it off from the street. This has to be the worst year of my life to date.

Stenting the RCA ostium. But the stent is not where it was supposed to be but is floating around the guiding catheter in the aorta. Has anyone seen something like this? How could that happen? The stent is Megatron 4,0/8 mm, the guide is 6F Launcher. ##cardiotwitter PCRonline 🫀 AGIK PS. The stent was retrieved easily, a new one was implanted w/o any issues with a good result

This game is horrible to play since I can’t play 3 premier matches without having a cheater in the matches. Meanwhile, instead of valve improving the anticheat they keep launching new animations and skins since valve nowadays only thinks this is important to farm more money from players,while the game is completely garbage. It’s no use lauching new skins and leaving the game with several cheaters in the matches, imagine using hack at 2 AM and calling others virgins in the chat how failed you need to be. I haven’t played for 4 days,I just wanted to have fun playing with a friend but there were 2 cheaters in the enemy team currently it’s impossible to have fun in this game, cs2 best game in the world according to some people. 😂

New Community Anti-Cheat Plugin has been released on Counter-Strike 2. ✅ CS2FOW, an open-source server-side anti-wallhack created by karola3vax. The developer has been working on it for several months, the previous version was called Source2-AntiWallHack. 🔎 This system uses FOW (Fog of War) to block data sent from the server to clients (players behind a wall), which limits cheaters ability to use Wallhacks. It could also reduce network load and increase FPS by 30%. Instead of exchanging insurance information like a normal person, this freeway crash escalated into a physical confrontation. This guy got inches away from the woman, punched her in the face, then walked away yelling, “Look what you did to my car.” A damaged bumper can be repaired. Catching an assault charge over it is a lot harder to fix.
