This is one of the greatest feelings a hitter will ever experience… and most players never learn it. This drill has nothing to do with mechanics. It has everything to do with execution. The pitcher mixes fastballs and slow balls. Your only two rules: ⚾ Slow pitch or spin? Don’t roll it over. ⚾ Fastball? Don’t pull it. Now you’re forced to recognize speed instead of guessing. You’re training your eyes, your timing, and your approach—not just your swing. This is one of my favorite two-strike drills because it teaches hitters to trust what they see instead of committing too early. A great swing is important. Knowing when to use it is what separates hitters. Train with an expert, not an influencer.

Check this out! 🤩 Yet another new train in my collection! 👀 I present you Chicago's "L" train! 🚇 Why is it called the L you wonder? It is just short for "Elevated"! 😁 Even though the system has a mix of elevated, subway, at-grade, and open-cut segments, newspapers as of late 1880s referred to proposed elevated railroads in Chicago as "'L' roads." CTA ( Chicago Transit Authority ), the operator of this train system kept that nickname. Here we also see the L's brand new Series 7000. Clearly it made some people happy. But trails of my participation still linger, following me everyday. I participated voluntarily in Harare Province with my colleagues. It was basically out of the rational perspective to support a good cause that will see Zimbabwe going through a peaceful democratisation for economy development without much hullabaloo and frequent electoral cycles. You can verify my participation with Chairman, Masimirembwa and PC , Voyage As a scholar and Zimbabwean, the effort in support of CAB3 was effortless. I did it with ease. As a media man, social media and mainstream media was easy to exploit for the cause. I would have loved to attach so much evidence of my participation but this portal would not allow me My point is, I thought it was going to be a seasonal once off thing to endure insults or harassment politically, unfortunately it has become something for the lifetime . It means l will have to carry this with me that l supported CAB3. Those disappointed that l supported CAB3 now call me a SELL OUT. Back home in Hwange-Vic Falls, the stronghold of the opposition, they have named me CAB3. Upon that, the mockery, l receive everyday is nauseating that some comrades received MONEY and CARS yet l gained NOTHING. Not that l wanted to gain anything but l participated FREELY as a citizen and member of ZANU-PF People continue laughing at me that Rutendo Matinyararire received a fortune yet he was OPPOSING CAB3.
