@foundmyfitness What are your thoughts about omega 3 supplements and afib? There is strong evidence from at least 7 RCTs and a couple meta-analyses showing a significant increased risk from fish oil supplements > 1gram/day, with little heterogeneity.

@foundmyfitness 4 grams of Omega 3 is a lot! I take Carlson Maximum Omega which Attia recommended, and it's 2 grams recommended. Should I be doubling the recommendation?

@foundmyfitness Life extension is a great brand, they do excellent in independent testing by consumer labs, but their PQQ is a bit expensive at $21.60 for 30 20mg capsules. Ours for example is $25 for 120 20mg capsules. 4x the capsules. We also have the 3rd Party COA's posted.
