The semi shouldn’t be following that close The silver truck shouldn’t have cut in front when the semi went to pass

The pick-up was being a Douchetard

the truck driver. your always found liable / guilty if you run into the back of a car. same goes for backing up

Technically, the semi driver was tailgating. The guy in the truck was just being an a-hole.

The semi driver who just rammed a truck off the road after riding up his ass

Clearly most of you have never driven a Semi!, And are not privy to the part of this, where the silver truck comes up and jumps in front of the Red truck and hits his breaks!!!!

So I see a lot of comments that the trucker is at fault, he tried to pass and the silver truck cut him off. He can't stop on a dime. Semi started it but the truck is the final wrong in this.

I don't know who's at fault, but I know the driver of the silver pickup learned a lesson that day in 'Fuck around, Find out'.

I think it’s a both situation. Truck shouldn’t have gotten so close but then pickup seems to purposefully cut him off. Maybe 25% truck, 75% pickup.
