The NTSB released the security camera video showing the... engine separating from the UPS MD-11 moments before it crashed. The docket also includes the inspection of the engines and in particular, engine two which showed a few performance blips prior to the crash but with recovery to commanded speeds. So, I don't believe there's evidence that debris were ingested into engine 2, instead the performance problems were related to the flames from the wing entering engine 2.
