A brand-new 2025 Tesla Model 3 got badly scratched in a Home Depot parking lot. 😱 A guy forced a flatbed cart loaded with cardboard through the narrow gap between the Tesla and his own car, scraping the Model 3 all along the lower side and even damaging the front bumper area. The impact was enough to pop the front mud flap loose. The worst part? Sentry Mode didn’t record long enough to capture the other vehicle’s license plate. 🇨🇳 Tesla owner had a scary near miss moment when a kid was ruining towards the middle of the street from the front of a parked vehicle. AP was not e engaged but Tesla’ s active safety feature pulled the vehicle to the right a bit to avoid hitting the kid. Owner said he was in panic mode & didn’t steer away. The Tesla was traveling at 50 km/h & there was little time & distance for AEB to kick in. If it did, it would be a fatal accident.

A Tesla Model 3 driver was hit by a semi truck while FSD (Supervised) was engaged. The truck driver initially blamed the Tesla, but the owner had immediately saved the Dashcam footage by tapping the camera icon. The video ultimately showed what happened, and the truck driver was held liable. The takeaway: if something unusual or an accident happens, make it a habit to immediately save the Dashcam footage.

Got a Tesla Model Y recently. What I didn't expect: 1. The fan "swing" mode is lovely. Like a gentle breeze sweeping across you. 2. The wireless phone charger is surprisingly weak. Generates heat but barely adds power. 3. FSD is exceptional. End-to-end driving and parking, and it feels safe. I could never buy a car without it.

Just lost ALL Autopilot, FSD, even basic cruise control and Tesla Technical Assistance says they can’t do anything and apparently my car needs to go to a service center for a software update even though there are no warnings on the car. I got an FSD strike and the whole system went down. They said they can’t turn FSD back on and forgive the strikes remotely even though they did just that in January 2025 for the California fires. When I drove from Nevada into California back then my 4 strikes disappeared. Even the Tesla Technical Assistance Supervisor (who was very nice) says they have no way to fix the car remotely and it must go to a service center. Unfortunately, now I need to drive over 1000 miles with no type of cruise control or driver assistance at all. There are no warning lights on or anything of the sort. I even did a forced software update via the service mode and my Starlink, plus a few hard and soft reboots and that still did not fix it. Sadly the car is now less safe than it was a few minutes ago.
