Been doing pull ups since elementary school I’ll do pull ups until the day I die I have this irrational fear that one day I’ll have to pull myself up over a cliff edge to save my life so gotta practice daily in the event the happens lol

Gyms closed so I’ll find another way. Door-mounted pull-up bar, probably one of the best upper-body compounds you can do are pull-ups 20kg vest to add to the difficulty.

11:24. Pull ups cooked me. I thought I was being smart by trying to do one at a time with no kipping. By the end I had nothing left for these. Push ups were cake. Key to a good time is probably just focusing on pull ups to train.

How many pull ups can you do? Today I did 15, decent reps. On chin-ups I can probably hit a bit more. I think I can add one rep a week and get to 30 if I focused on it - haven’t done these in months! Wanna start a pull up challenge? Post your pull ups here and let’s keep it going!

I’ve been obsessed with pull ups for a decade now. I train pull ups just as I do my squat, bench and deadlift. Pull ups are a primary strength exercise I train them with low rep sets using bands, chains, and other unique loading options specifically with an EZ curl bar on the feet I use at least 4-5 alternative grip variations just like I train 4-5 squat, bench and deadlift variations If you want a big back, and arms BTW, make sure you’re training pull ups Be on the lookout for my pull up guide in the very near future

Just started focusing a little on upper body work. Last year I could barely do one pull-up. Starting this journey to 10 now this year at 5 (kinda weak) underhand grip pull-ups. Before my implants I found 12 easy. Ever since I’ve have struggled getting 5-7. #fitness #pullups

Sooooo I just saw all the workout critics 🤡 on my butterfly pull-ups. Butterfly pull-ups are done in CrossFit workouts and should not be done unless you have good shoulder mobility and can complete at least 5 strict pull ups without fatigue. I also train strict pull ups during other training sessions. Always make sure you go down all the way to straighten your arms before pulling up again. And chin over the bar at the top. But more importantly I encourage everyone no matter how old you are or what level fitness you are at, always try to train and exercise to stay strong and healthy so you can live your best life and be the best version of you. Don’t sit on the couch and be a hater. We have enough of that!
