🔥 Why Your GUT Could Be Killing Your TESTOSTERONE …Without You Even Knowing Most MEN have wrong thinking about low testosterone… Which is… Low testosterone is all about workouts, supplements, or aging. But in reality, The main problem often starts in your gut. You could eat “healthy” all day, Follow every fad diet, And still struggle… Because “healthy” isn’t enough. Your body NEEDS the right balance of macronutrients To function properly and produce testosterone efficiently. Here’s the process… 1️⃣ CARBS aren’t the enemy: Cutting them for too long can actually lower your testosterone. 2️⃣ PROTEIN is essential: It works best when balanced with carbs. 3️⃣ FATS matter: Focus on the right types; too much, or the wrong kind, can hurt digestion, disrupt hormones, and decrease testosterone. It sounds complicated, but it doesn’t have to be. When you UNDERSTAND how to combine carbs, protein, and healthy fats properly, your gut thrives, and your testosterone naturally rises. This isn’t guesswork… It's science, and it’s surprisingly simple once you know the rules. The problem is most people don’t know the rules… And that’s why they stay stuck. 💡 The good news… I’ve created a complete guide that shows exactly What to EAT, Which fats to CHOOSE, And how to BALANCE your macronutrients for optimal testosterone All while keeping your gut healthy. If you’re ready to finally take control of your hormones and feel like yourself again, Dm me the word “TESTOSTERONE” or let a comment on this video, and I’ll send you the guide. Your body and your gut… Will THANK you.

Low testosterone is making men easier to control (and no one is talking about it): Here's what the data actually shows & exactly how to fix it ( w/ Dr. Ken Berry): Ten years ago the lab cutoff for "normal" testosterone was 350 ng/dL. Then it became 300. Now Labcorp and Quest (the two biggest labs in the country) say that if your testosterone is above 249 you are normal. A man at 251 ng/dL gets told by his doctor that his testosterone is fine – then goes home wondering why he can’t focus, can’t recover, and doesn’t feel driven about anything. Here's what no one will ever tell you: Every functional cell in your brain is loaded with testosterone receptors. When those receptors are underfed it is not just libido that suffers but your focus, motivation, and ability to think clearly. Blood samples stored from the 1910s and 1920s show testosterone levels were 50 to 150% higher than the average man today. (An 18-year-old in 1920 had 2–3x the testosterone of an 18-year-old today.) Now connect these dots: 1. High blood sugar 2. High insulin 3. High inflammation 4. Low testosterone That combination produces a man who drags himself to work, half-asses his day, drags himself home, pays his taxes and questions nothing. Think about who benefits from expanding that demographic across an entire population of men. The stereotype is also completely backwards... The perfect man is the one who could hurt you if he needed to, could destroy you intellectually if he needed to – but has the calmness and self-control to do neither unless absolutely necessary. Sovereignty is the power to act as you see fit, and it is exactly what testosterone makes possible. Now here's how to start fixing your testosterone:

WOW 🚨 American has low testosterone and needs testosterone shots for her health Her insurance company denied her needed testosterone medication because they will only cover it for trans people going through hormone therapy That’s their actual reason. She shows proof “I'm lacking testosterone, so I have to have a testosterone shot and I have to go back in a month to have another testosterone shot because I am lacking testosterone in my body because women still produce testosterone. — I'm not producing it. So, my insurance sends me this in the mail They had decided to deny my access to cover my testosterone shots. This is the reason for denial, "Coverage is provided for a female patient in situations where this medication is being prescribed for gender dysphoric or persons undergoing female to male gender reassignment or for breast cancer in females. Coverage cannot be authorized at this time. Other coverage conditions may apply." So, if I go in there and tell them that I want to be a man, they'd cover it. Or if I had breast cancer, they'd cover it. But because my hormone is not there and I'm lacking a testosterone hormone in my body that I'm supposed to produce, they're not going to cover it? What? What is wrong? What is wrong? What is wrong with this world? Okay, so I have to go and tell them I want to be a man in order to get my shot that I actually have to have for my body. Y'all know how fired up I am right now. You can go against your body's nature, do everything that you want to change it. But if you want to fix the thing that's wrong with you, you can't. And there's more hoops to jump through. Make it make sense.”

Testosterone is far more than just a muscle-building hormone. It’s a cornerstone of health influencing mood, cognition, bone density, libido, and even longevity. In this episode, Derek (More Plates More Dates), host of the popular YouTube channel ‘More Plates More Dates' and co-founder of Marek Health, joins me to unpack testosterone’s true role in health, from bone density and insulin sensitivity to brain function and longevity. We cover how lifestyle factors, diet, and micronutrients like vitamin D, zinc, and magnesium shape testosterone levels, and which testosterone-boosting supplements actually work versus those that are just hype. We dive deep into testosterone replacement therapy—when it’s warranted, what benefits to expect, the risks (like polycythemia and fertility suppression), and how delivery methods such as injections, creams, and orals formulations differ. We also explore testosterone therapy for women, cardiovascular disease and prostate cancer risk, and how DHT drives hair loss, plus the safety and efficacy of treatments like finasteride, minoxidil, microneedling, and ketoconazole shampoo. If you want to understand testosterone beyond the headlines, including its functions, its tradeoffs, and the practical ways to optimize it, this conversation is a must-listen. Links in the next post. 🚨 JUST IN: SecWar Pete Hegseth just announced that all US military servicemembers aged 30 and older will be screened for TESTOSTERONE levels every year, to make sure war fighters are in the best shape Good! "I'm authorizing a new screening program for testosterone deficiency for our service members, ensuring you have the right testosterone levels to operate at your absolute best, because it's well-established science that as we age, testosterone levels often naturally drop." "Under the supervision of our world-class medical professionals, warfighters age 30 and older are going to be tested annually as part of their periodic health assessment." "It's a health assessment that happens every year, we're just adding this test. Those under 30 can voluntarily choose to get the test as well." "If treatment is recommended, it's entirely your choice to receive testosterone replacement therapy." "This initiative, it's not about artificial enhancement, it's about restoring and optimizing your natural capabilities, protecting your longevity, ensuring you have the biological foundation required to sustain the fight." "We owe our warriors the absolute best medical care in the world, and this program delivers on that obligation." "Taking care of your long-term health means ensuring you remain strong, resilient, and capable, not just for your next deployment but for the rest of your life, so you can thrive long after you take off the uniform." "As we know, the modern battlefield is brutal and unrelenting. It requires and demands maximum psychological and mental readiness, and by addressing these health markers early, we're keeping you on the leading edge of lethality and giving you the same level of support that you give this nation the absolute best." Everyone thinks losing weight is just about eating less. But most people: - Starve themselves - Kill their metabolism... And don´t even lose weight anyway. So here are 10 metabolism cheat codes to melt stubborn fat (without eating less): 🧵 1. Do NOT go Vegan. The vegan diet completely lacks 12 different nutrients that only exist in animal-based foods. These nutrients are vital for your metabolism and hormones. Steak and eggs are two of the best foods in the world for metabolism, weight loss and health. 2. Resistance train Muscle is the #1 fat-burning organ. It burns calories 24/7, even while you sleep. - Go close to failure - Train 3 hours a week - Focus on compound exercises 3. Eat more protein. You burn off 20-30% of the calories you get from protein just by digesting it. It also lowers hunger and helps maintain and build muscle to burn even more calories too. Eat 1g per lb of bodyweight everyday. 4. Don´t cut out carbs too much. Low-carb = lower thyroid and testosterone. You´ll also feel more sluggish which reduces your calorie-burn from NEAT. Eat as much fruit as you want and potatoes instead of bread and pasta. 5. Improve your sleep. Poor sleep crushes your metabolism. Think about how more physically tired you feel after a night of bad sleep. Don´t eat late in the evening, keep your bedroom cooler and supplement magnesium glycinate. 6. Cold exposure. It´s not a fad - it´s scientifically proven. It boosts your metabolism and activates brown fat oxidation. All you need to get the benefits is 2-minute cold showers 7. Manage stress. High cortisol slows your metabolism and makes your body want to hold onto fat. The best way to reduce stress? Improve your physical health. Healthy diet. Exercise. Better sleep. 8. Fuel your thyroid. It´s the organ that literally runs your metabolism but nobody thinks about it. Even worse? Very low-calorie diets actually slow it down making it even harder to lose fat. Make sure you: - Get enough iodine & selenium - Improve your sleep & manage stress. 9. Eat as much fruit as you want. Certain influencers will claim that fruit is bad due to the sugar... As if people are overweight due to eating a lot of fruit... But nobody got fat from fruit. It was from a ton of calories from processed junk and a lack of exercise. Fruit is still low in calories as it´s mostly water and the sugar and vitamins help keep you healthy and your metabolism firing. The best fruits for metabolism and weight loss are berries and watermelon. The Bottom Line: The best way to lose weight is NOT eating way less. It´s boosting your metabolism so you can eat enough and still lose weight. Imagine how easy it would be to lose weight if you could eat a lot and not be too hungry? If you liked this post: 1.
