Starbase is no stranger to big cranes, although this time the task is less about building launch sites and more about the infrastructure that supplies them.

BC’s growing communities need more schools, hospitals and key infrastructure built quickly. The infrastructure act is all about building BC - it means more shovels in the ground and the good paying jobs that come with them.

Casey is building the infrastructure layer for insurance distribution - automating complex submissions so brokers spend less time on admin and more time with clients. Congrats on the launch, Maximilian Thoelen, Pascal Küng, and Nico Hänggi!

Ontario should be building 3 TIMES more rail infrastructure for the price that we’re paying. The Ontario Line is critical infrastructure, but it has become about the most expensive project of its kind anywhere. It’s time to reform HOW we build.

Introducing Atlas: infrastructure for autonomous, open science. Research is about to change more in the next two years than it has in the last fifty, and the infrastructure underneath isn't ready. We’re building Atlas to be that layer. First piece is live today: Atlas Graph.

One launch is a milestone. This is just the beginning. We're building the foundation for reliable, scalable access to space, enabling independent access to the infrastructure that modern economies, security and innovation depend on.

Why is the US Embassy dropping BOMBSHELL warnings, do they know something BIG is about to happen to IRAN? Is IRAN about to go BOOM? 💥 Trump is hitting back hard, US strikes pounding Iranian missile sites, power plants, and terror infrastructure after they killed our troops in Jordan and tried choking the world’s oil lifeline. Is this warning a sign that the terror regime’s days are numbered??!

The infrastructure required to launch a rocket of Terran R’s class is immense. At LC-16, we’re moving fast. ✓ Horizontal integration facility (HIF) is energized. This building will house Terran R's stages to be mated and prepared for launch ✓ 135 ton assembly room cranes completed their first proof load tests. These cranes will lift the vehicle for mate ✓ Transporter erector (TE) upper strongback was moved into the assembly room. This is part of the system that will transport Terran R to the pad and raise it vertical ✓ Permanent site power was activated with two dedicated 22-kilovolt feeds. This powers launch operations across the site

President Mahama writes …. For decades, the people of Afram Plains have been cut off by the very river that surrounds them. That is about to change. Through the Big Push Programme, we are constructing the 3.5 km Ekye-Amanfrom Bridge over the River Afram. This transformative project will finally end the isolation of Afram Plains and open up its rich agricultural potential to the rest of Ghana. This is what the Big Push is all about: bold, strategic infrastructure investments that connect our people, empower our farmers, and drive shared prosperity across every region of our nation. Building bridges. Building Ghana. #BigPushProgramme #MahamaDelivers #ResettingGhana

Launch infrastructure is every bit as complicated as the rockets themselves, and is designed to operate in some of the most extreme conditions on Earth. At about T-8 hours before Starship Flight 13’s third attempt to launch, what are the conditions out at the launch site? What does the weather look like? And, what is it like to be at the launch site and Starbase about 8 or so hours from a launch? Today I talk about all of this and provide some updates (narration & visuals) on the construction around the launch site too & why much of this is necessary. Oh, and a reminder too. If you have ever thought about coming out to Starbase and experience something you can literally not do anywhere else in the world (being at an active rocket launch site with a fully stacked rocket just hours before a launch all up close), then you need to plan on doing so sooner than later. These opportunities may not last forever, and indeed some restrictions continue to be added over time. Good luck to SpaceX and the Starship team … I hope Friday with the 13th launch is lucky indeed! 🚀🍀🤞 Ellie in Space 🚀💫

Infrastructure is about more than roads and bridges. It’s about building a state that includes everyone. Lincoln Center’s West Initiative is going to be transformative: Tearing down barriers, creating free outdoor performance spaces, and creating a more welcoming campus for all.
