100 years ago it took almost no effort to be healthy. The food wasn’t sprayed with pesticides. The water wasn’t full of birth control. The clothing didn’t expose you to petrochemicals. You could just live a normal life and be healthy but today if you’re not diligent with the products you use and the foods that you eat, you will end up with a long list health issues. It’s really unfortunate that it’s like this but the best thing you could possibly do is always choose the least toxic option. This means get high quality spring water in a glass bottle instead of plastic bottled water, organic cotton clothes, instead of polyester petrochemical clothes and so on… If you don’t know where to start reply with the word ‘natural’ below and I will send you the link to an app that breaks down exactly what you need to get.
