Now lets see what they can actually cause to your body... • Brain damage → Found in 80% of dementia patients, causes inflammation. • Gut issues → Disrupts digestion, feeds bad bacteria. • Hormone imbalance → Linked to obesity & diabetes. • Organ damage → Plastic builds up over time. • Heart → Raises heart attack & stroke risk by 4.5X. You can’t remove microplastics once they’re in your body… But here’s what you can do now to protect yourself & your family:

1. Pay attention on what you wear Up to 35% of microplastics in your body come from synthetic clothing like polyester and nylon. Each wash releases over 700,000 plastic fibers, which you then ingest and inhale:
