This changes everything.. literally! Made a small game on my PS5 in Dreams.. and added a bit of AI. Now, do I think every game should be made by this.. of course not. But I can see this as being a very useful way to ensure visual consistency across a project and to save resources on the final layer of finish that is often so costly. More focus on gameplay, design, storytelling. Check out the๐Ÿงตfor the original and some of my favorite transformations. Done using Runway Gen 3 ofc! #gamedev #ai

๐ŸŒŠ WATER LEVELS RECEDING IN NAPLES: As of 11:00pm ET water levels have receded a bit here in #Naples, Florida. Waters could still rise slightly, but this is a very good trend for now. I wanted to provided some hope to everyone on here as I know things are very bad in a lot of places. It is still not safe to venture out, as hurricane #Milton continues to produce strong winds.

Sparse Volumetric Light maps (WebGPU). Worked on ensuring C0 continuity across the entire map. For now this is achieved by purging incomplete node levels, works well enough even if it's a bit of a blunt tool. Actual locations for probes during the bake are now going through an optimization phase, which allows me to push probes behind surfaces out into the open resulting in much fewer light leakage artifacts. This video here has only 28,376 probes in the map, and takes 1.8Mb of VRAM

Indigo Park Chapter 1 - Version 1.1 is here! This is our attempt to get Chapter 1 a TINY bit closer to what we want Chapter 2 to be like quality wise. -Completely redone first person animations -New Secrets to find -Some improved environments -Improved controller support -Viewbob & Camera Lag toggles -The cat returns -Handful of bug fixes and changes Again, Chapter 1 still has tons of flaws & this isn't a complete overhaul, but it's a step in the right direction without remaking the entire chapter. Enjoy! We'll probably have a few more bug fix updates since this changed a LOT internally, but it's now time for us to go HARD on Chapter 2.

HOLY SHIT! Sparc 3D is INSANE! All they need to do now is enable PBR texture support, object separation and decimation and this in my opinion completely replaces photogrammetry. The quality of the reconstruction of these 3D objects from a single image is mind blowing to me. Yes, the model is insanely dense to allow all of this detail but the fact that AI can generate with this level of fidelity is CRAZY!!! You can try it for free on Huggingface

Had some ducks for about 7 weeks now and by far the most time-consuming issue is water. They drink, play, and crap in it all day. Gets gross in a couple of hours and levels get lower pretty quick. In an effort to make it all easier came up with this. Takes about 1 min to change now.
