Aveasome mate 👍

Damn, looks incredible!

congrats on v2.1! curious if you tried the same transparent object trick with webgpu yet? i hit some weird artifacts when mixing depth and alpha there, still figuring it out 😅

This is WebGPU!

webgpu in r3f felt way smoother than my old webgl stuff, did you run into any shader compilation quirks?

There's about a 2X perf boost when I have WebGPU enabled vs. the WebGL fallback. No, I use TSL, it handles the transpilation to the target language (GLSL/WGSL) automatically.

@KevinBlumson 👀

That's so cool. I love it.

That’s gonna be really hard to do better, amazing !!

realistic ✨️

🔥🔥🔥

That shader work is elite

Awesome……. I can’t believe it’s Three.js….!!!!!!

@threejs looks awesome

Great work

🤯🤯🤯

source code for personal projects?

A “break” …

.

The water is so good it earned its own version number and I respect that completely.

soooothing af

congratulations!!! It's very fantastic! I love it.

30% FPS boost on water rendering is no joke. that stuff is always the first thing to tank performance

This is insane!

It's starting to look really good. Graphics have improved significantly.

Nehme ich BMW (das Unternehmen, Johanna grölend) mit zum Jupiter oder ist das Quatsch?

Impressive work. Water effects and rendering look phenomenal

“Buy my course” “buy my asset” I’ll teach you I promise. LOL

refraction?

It is lovely. I think you should open source it for non-commercial use though.

This looks great. I know it is a hard problem, but what Three.js really needs at some point is a proper asset store, the way Unity has one. That would be a huge unlock for the whole ecosystem.
