Let us start with the ten years of UhuRuto regime; Taxpayers Collected Revenue was Ksh 13.8T Taxpayers Expenditure was Ksh 14.3T, a deficit of Ksh1.5T, meaning only Ksh 1.5T was to be borrowed.
