Bike : need to overtake in proper way ... Biker or any vehicle should overtake right side ..with gud vision of road .... Left side overtake is dangerous ..u may land in blind spot ..of front vehicle ...and the front vehicle may turn left thinking no one is there ... Have to use common sense ...why the front vehicle slowed down .. Here the biker not able to see the road crossing vehicle ...which is masked by front vehicle .......

In an ideal world with ideal traffic conditions and rules it would be the SUV and the other car that slowed down at fault. But in Indian traffic conditions it is the biker at fault.

Moped rider ! No efforts for safety he took ! 1. No helmet 2. Didn’t pay attention for the turning vehicle 3. Turning vehicle well in advance had signalled and waited for the turn. 4. Turning vehicle was not speeding. 5. Moped rider, didn’t apply brakes at all.

The biker is at fault. When you realize that a vehicle ahead has slowed down or stopped you expect that there is a possible obstruction ahead and you slow down instead of trying to overtake the vehicle from the left. Untrained without helmet par “Galtee toh hamesha gaade ki he hoti hai”

No road markings. HGVs parked anywhere! Biker without helmet. So guessing this is India. SUV did right turn without indicator without letting oncoming vehicles to pass- major fault. Bike not slowing and waiting when the Car ahead stopped- Major fault. Bike undertaking the car- Dangerous fault

Biker. Wrong side overtake. Also, didn’t he see that the vehicle in front of him slowed down. Doesn’t common sense and road sense says to slow down a bit if vehicle running ahead of you is slowing down. But common sense is not so common and road sense is alien to Many Indians.

Biker.. he should have noticed & followed the car slowing down for the Scorpio to turn.

@theguardianp53 Bike. Car in own lane slowed, stopped in front Bike should have slowed down as that car was creating a blind spot, car could be having problems, somebody might open the door etc Instead, bike maintained speed, and did not slow, but tried to swerve around the opposite car
