You can clearly see the other driver’s light was red at impact as the car spun. Witness are great… when they actually saw what happened and are on your side. Dashcam is 👑 and they are super easy to install. 🙌

Well seeing as the light was yellow as he was going through the intersection that would mean the driver that came from the right had a red light. Thank god for the dash cam.

I witnessed a crash one day and the lady who was at fault trying to blame it on the teenage driver had her husband come over to try to intimidate me to say it went her fault. But anyway the filming car had the right of way.

The guy that ran the red light and hit the cammer. The cammer had a yellow, he still had the right of way by law where i live. You can see the other guys red lights as he is approaching the intersection.

There's normally a 3-6 second delay, depending on posted speed, from the time one light switches from yellow to red, and the other switches from red to green. Other driver clearly entered the intersection against a red.

I was in this very situation. I was proceeding through a yellow, other party t-boned me. They told the cops they had the green. One look at my dashcam footage, and their insurance immediately said they'd take full responsibility. Driving without one is insane.

Definitely getting myself dash cam and this video is to also show others without dashcams that even when not at fault it will be your word vs whoever else there who may not even saw what happened and just choose to lie.
