@dr_annatoker Holy cow, I just did a column last week about Gliadin and what it does in stimulating the brain's hunger response. Now here's a doctor saying in addition to making you feel HUNGRY all the time, the Gliadin in what wheat gluten is also INFLAMMATORY.

@dr_annatoker It's not the gluten or proteins, it's the Glyphosate and others toxins that are sprayed. The reason gluten and the proteins end up in the bloodstream where they don't belong is because Glyphosate creates a leaky gut.

@dr_annatoker “to live longer, to live better, get the grains out of your life” I think that white rice is the least inflammatory. But of course it sends your blood sugar through the roof.

@dr_annatoker Oh ya oats and grainds deprive the body of nutrients and actually steal them from you, leaving you malnourished and hungry

@dr_annatoker Then why do so many healthy and fit people have absolutely no problem with grains/sugar in moderation? In what concentration do these compounds you mentioned have a harmful inflammatory response? Wouldn't it largely depend on one's genome, immune system, gut microbiome etc.?

@dr_annatoker How do I eat a sandwich then? They're not good without bread. I roasted some short ribs yesterday, but they were mostly fat. I gave them to my dogs.
