Grok 4.6 is looking really good for making 3D games! Here's a quick demo of a little cosy 3d game working right within Unity. Used Meshy for the character from a Grok Imagine 2.0 image. Just prompts. I didn't touch anything in Unity or Blender. Grok 4.6 just did everything via the Unity CLI. SFX and BGM with ElevenLabs.

Opus 5 with Unity CLI feels like a cheat code for vibe coding games with AI. Used it to spruce up a scene Fable 5 built to give it a distinct style. → Stylised water → Wind foliage → Scene lighting + contact shadows → Depth outlines Its speed makes it faster to iterate, while still being intelligent enough to handle tasks.

I used Opus 5 with the Unity CLI and Gauntlet Loop to see how well it could build games within Unity. While reviews are mixed on Opus 5 for coding and tasks in general - I think it's a huge unlock for gamedevs. It's understanding of 3D space + ability to self critique is actually one of the most important breakthroughs. 00:00 Intro 02:55 Unity CLI 04:38 Spriterrific 06:40 Unity + Opus 5 08:20 Gauntlet Loop 09:38 Demo 12:21 Wrap Up

My MCP for Unreal (unreal-mcp) is now available! 🚀 Build stuff in Unreal Engine using prompts, including - Level editing - Blueprint actors, classes & components - Blueprint scripting with event graph / nodes Here's me building a flappy bird clone 🐦 using Cursor + Claude Some minor hand-holding (e.g., had to move blueprint nodes for visibility, manually split struct pins) but it got mostly there. Made possible with a combination of Cursor, Windsurf, Grok, Gemini Pro 2.5, & Claude Sonnet 3.5, 3.7 and 3.7 Max
