This video just changed my life for the better. I've been unable to do weighted Bulgarian split squats for years due to an intense tailbone pain when doing them with my left leg forward. I tried lowering my back leg and starting from the bottom, and I was able to do them pain free. Thank you.

You talking shit

Just go to 90* front leg angle and no elevation problem and all this long videos pls

😂 Fair enough. If that solves it for you, awesome. The video is more for the people who go to 90° and still can't get where they want to go, so they have another option to explore 👍.

Thank you for such a great explanation 🍀

Glad the content’s been helping 😊 ㅤ Are you mainly here for your own body/pain issues or more from a training/coaching interest?

Great job on these videos 👍

Train legs plz

I do 😂👍

Another great movement which we can load the head instead of the hands, and gain a ton of benefits.

This is helpful for those who’s thinking they doing it properly but that’s helping for people good work

Appreciate that 🙏 My goal is to help people understand the difference between doing an exercise and actually getting the intended result from it. Glad it was helpful 👍😊

Any advice on what to do about a 10 year old ankle sprain that never healed properly? Up until last year it was mostly fine, no regular pain, but the last year it comes and goes all the time and some days I can’t even walk without a limp! I’m only 33!

I see a lot of people using a bench this high for split squats. But if you have knee pain, a higher bench may not be the best option. For example, if your right knee hurts and you're training your left leg, your right knee is still under load while resting on the bench. That can sometimes aggravate the painful knee, so it’s something to watch out for.
