#UnrealEngine 5.2 has Sequencer based caching for #Niagara simulations, including fluids! It is very easy to setup, and lets you do cool things like scrub a simulation in real time. For more, check out this short tutorial video:

Hooooooly shit. NICE.

Can Machine Learning beat the market? Check out this post on my free Substack where I share code and commentary for an XGBoost model and a Random Forest model that both deliver powerful performances.

Wtffff

If this can be done in real time, I can’t see how multi hour or day renders from 3D modeling programs are going to compete in the movie making environment.

is this sim from houdini or did you set this up in Niagara, been playing around with VDB but this seems awesome

This sim is done in UE with Niagara Fluids.

@HighlySpammable

From a Pinney to a Penney, LOVE THIS! 😎🍻🤣

@MothDoctor Can I finally have real 3D explosions that dont look fake and flat if you only rotate the camera a bit? Yes?

@MothDoctor Niagara Fluids can simulate full 3D explosions that can look realistic. They can be computationally expensive, but sometimes doable in game.
