You used to tell your sister not to keep in touch with enemies of the country or join any enemy organization. Today you are worried about your sister. Why weren't you yesterday? You all play the woman card.

The woman in wheelchair is Beebow’s aunt, the young woman talking is Beebow’s cousin. After enduring a grueling day marked with deliberate delays, bureaucratic obstruction, and outright hostility from the authorities, they were finally allowed to see #Beebow. What they witnessed was deeply disturbing: Beebow has been brutally tortured and mentally harassed by CTD and police forces in a blatant attempt to crush her spirit and silence her voice. She remains under 24/7 surveillance, and is being subjected to coercive threats, with security forces pressuring her to abandon her political struggle. This is not just a personal attack on #Beebow—it is a direct assault on the democratic rights and political resistance of the #Baloch people. #ReleaseBeebowBaloch #ReleaseMahrangBaloch #releasebycleaders Naela Quadri Baloch Mama Qadeer Baloch wisibaba وسی بابا Baloch Women Forum Voice Of Indus Nation R Kakar Dr. Taimur Rahman #ReleaseBeebowBaloch Mohammad Ali Talpur Laiba Yousafzai Pashtun لایبه ایسفزیی Baloch Yakjehti Committee BNM_United Kingdom BNM_United Kingdom Shumaila Ismail Sage of Karachi @Niazi29986948 Balochistan National Party PIRDAN_BALUCH The real Rind Sadia Khalid Shahaan Baluch Hassan Dost Baloch Sammi Deen Baloch Dil Murad Baloch Fozia Baloch Hammal baloch Jamal Baloch Baloch Voice For Justice Andy Khan Latif Baloch Zara baloch @Zorakh_Baluch Bebarg Baloch Colonel Mayank Chaubey COMRADE (BASIT ALI) Baloch People's Congress Bahot | باہوٹ BNM Mahrang Baloch Shahaan Baluch WE News Umar pashteen The Analyzer (News Updates🗞️) @FLF_NEWS Sohail Abro ( Sohail Sindhi ) Jeay Sindh Freedom Movement Hassan Dost Baloch Nida Kirmani Baloch National League Sabahat Zakariya

Unlawful Detention of BYC Leaders and Denial of Access to Families and Legal Counsel Constitute Grave Human Rights Violations On June 8th, leaders of the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) were unlawfully transferred from Hudda District Prison in Quetta to the Civil Lines Police Station on a 10-day remand. Since their transfer, they have not been seen, and authorities have denied access to both their families and legal counsel. This complete lack of transparency has raised serious concerns about their safety, including fears of potential torture in custody. In response, the families of the detained leaders gathered in front of the Civil Lines Police Station to demand their legal and moral right to visit their loved ones. The Superintendent of Police informed them that no meetings would be permitted without a court order. However, even after obtaining the necessary court directives, police have continued to deny access. Only the mothers of Dr. Mahrang Baloch and Beebow Baloch have been granted brief visits, while all other family members and legal representatives remain barred. In protest against these illegal and authoritarian actions, the families have initiated a peaceful sit-in outside the Civil Lines Police Station. We urgently call on national and international human rights organizations to intervene and hold the responsible authorities accountable. The state’s unconstitutional actions and continued targeting of human rights defenders must not go unchecked. Immediate attention and action are imperative to safeguard the rights and wellbeing of the detained BYC leaders. #ReleaseBYCLeaders

Our sister is behind bars for nothing but speaking the truth, for questioning tyranny, for standing up for the disappeared. “We went to the Balochistan High Court. We knocked on every door of the law, hoping to be heard, hoping for justice. But inside that court, we the victim’s family were treated like strangers… like enemies of the state. We were watched and followed, as if we came to rebel, not to seek justice. Our only ‘crime’ is being born Baloch and for daring to speak the pain of our people and asking about the whereabouts of our enforcedly disappeared brothers. “Even in prison, when we go to meet Mahrang, we’re met with bitterness on the jailer’s face and humiliation in his tone. We are treated like criminals simply for not remaining silent.” “The state launched a full-blown attack on Mahrang’s character. State-backed media, anchors, analysts, even those claiming to be human rights defenders all joined in. They called her an agent. They accused her of being the enemy. They labeled her peaceful resistance a conspiracy. But in Balochistan, speaking the truth has always been the biggest crime. To be educated, to stand with victims, to demand rights — these have become unforgivable sins.” “Mahrang is someone who went door to door, village to village, raising awareness among Baloch youth, sharing the pain of her people. And now she sits in a jail cell because she refused to bow down… Because she refused to sell out.” #ReleaseBYCLeaders

“𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗹𝗮𝘄𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗹𝗮𝘄𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗹.” In a video message, Nadia Baloch, sister of BYC Central Organizer Dr. Mahrang Baloch, speaks out: “My sister Dr. Mahrang Baloch and her companions were illegally detained on March 22 under the black law of 3MPO (Maintenance of Public Order). Since then, we’ve knocked on every legal door, exhausted every lawful means to secure their release. According to the law, their detention period ended on June 22. Bibarg Baloch’s was due to end on June 25. Under 3MPO, a Review Board including the Chief Justice and senior judges must convene, review their case, and personally hear them. But no such board was ever formed. We repeatedly asked: on what legal grounds are they still imprisoned after June 22? The only response we received were baseless excuses that the ‘situation outside isn’t suitable,’ so they are being held for 15 more days. We challenged this, no individual has that authority. Only a formal Review Board can decide. Still, no official notification was provided. Our time was wasted. We went to the jail and waited the entire day. When we insisted, they finally brought a document but strictly forbade us from copying or photographing it. We were shown nothing official. No Review Board ever met. This is a completely illegal act. Under such lawlessness, even breathing has become unsafe. These black laws are suffocating us all.” She appeals to lawyers, human rights organizations, the Baloch public, and all political voices of conscience: Rise. Speak. Act. Raise your voice for the immediate release of BYC leadership. #ReleaseBYCLeaders #StopBalochGenocide

In March 2025, they were arrested under 3 MPO. After three months, the government issued more than 40 FIRs against them, including various types of cases. We have faced these cases not only in courts but also in multiple districts, including Noshki, Dalbandin, Makuran, Naseerabad, Mastung, Kalat, and Khuzdar. These courts not only granted bail but also upheld the rule of law. In Quetta, we applied for bail in the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) before Judge Muhammad Ali Mubeen. He granted bail in many cases; however, in some cases, he later suspended the bail. Despite this setback, we did not lose hope and approached the Balochistan High Court seeking justice in those bailable cases where the ATC had suspended bail. For the past two months, Chief Justice Kamran Mullah Khel has reserved his judgment, but no decision has yet been announced. This situation clearly reflects that the justice system of Pakistan is under pressure from state institutions, commonly referred to as the Establishment. Meanwhile, in Hudda Jail, Dr. Mahrang Baloch and her colleagues have been facing jail trial proceedings for the past six months. During this period, the proceedings have not been conducted fairly or smoothly. Judge Muhammad Ali Mubeen who previously suspended bail in some cases has raised serious concerns about impartial justice. Our legal team, along with Dr. Mahrang Baloch, requested the transfer of the case to another judge. However, not only was this request denied, but the judge also threatened to add more charges against them. This is not merely a denial of justice; it is a direct threat to peaceful political activists who are the voice of their nation.
