3. Stretch your hip flexors Sitting shortens them. Tight hip flexors = lower back pain + knee strain. Every morning, hit a deep lunge stretch. Hold for 30 seconds per side. Here's a video demonstration:

You can't fix tight hip flexors by stretching them the normal way. Most stretches arch the pelvis forward — which shortens the muscle and defeats the whole thing. Control pelvic position. The hip flexors let go. →

Most people with “tight” hip flexors don’t realize they are also weak hip flexors. That’s why stretching doesn’t fix their problem - they aren’t fixing the lack of strength & control, especially through a full range of motion. Here’s what you need to know 👇

Many people try to fix tightness in their hip flexors without asking WHY that muscle is tight in the first place.

Are your hip flexors always tight? Hips popping every time you move? Low back sore after lifts? Before you stretch again… try this 👀 Sometimes the issue isn’t “tight” hip flexors — it’s how your body is positioning and stabilizing. Save this so you don’t forget it & send it to someone struggling with tight hips, low back pain, or posture.

Your tight hip flexors are the symptom. That tightness exists for a reason. Fixing that will resolve the problem long-term 👇

Tight hip flexors usually aren’t a flexibility issue 👀 Living forward keeps them switched on. Fix the pattern, not just the stretch 💪
