But without fancy expensive equipment it doesn’t look as cool. And AAU dad needs to get his son ready for the pros!!

Nahhh. You need to buy thousands of dollars in Sorenix equipment and ‘latest & greatest’ stuff that makes no difference other than what good programming can be done with a barbell, bodyweight and dumbbells.

Nothing’s better than open space. I’ve been working with kids outdoors for a long time. The training options are unlimited. Getting some good Vitamin D is an added bonus as well!

Park benches, low walls, tree stumps, playgrounds & on &?on…. As you know, original Egoscue Patch course was entirely tree stumps & logs & possibly still one of best workouts, I’ve ever done👍👍
