13 weeks ago I was told to go make peace with my family, make sure my Will was in order & contact Hospice. Then I could only high bar squat the bar for 3. 8 weeks later I could do 95 lbs for multiple sets of 3. Today I hit 205 for 3 on quarter squats. #Unbreakable

So many kids and parents think that if it cost $ .. it has to be good. If you put forth 100% effort and not miss a training session… you shouldn’t need outside instruction. #develop #training

Complicated rep schemes don't make the workout better. There's nothing wrong with this: Box Jump 3x5 Front Squat 3x5 DB Bench 3x10 DB Row 3x10 Simple. Effective.
